Vendor Spotlight: Designs by Oksana

I had the pleasure of meeting Oksana of Designs by Oksana for coffee last month.  She brought along her portfolio of  paper designs and and I was floored by the exquisite designs and the handwork that goes into each piece.  Here are a few of my favorites.
